Notice

The merger between Caledonia Farmers Elevator (CFE) and Eaton Farm Bureau Co-op (EFBC) was approved.

The merger agreement has you represented, on the new board, with 6 members from CFE and 3 from EFBC.  Jim Garvey, Jim Orr and Duane Smuts will be strong voices representing your interests on the new board.
Watch for the information about the annual meeting probably in April.
Most concerns I believe you have are more about operations rather than governance.

All departments will remain open Continue to do business as you have in the past. Contact the people you know at your local store.  The agronomy service, feed service, petroleum / tire service will continue to be dispatched out of Charlotte.

All employees will be retained. Additional employees are being hired to fill open positions. Open positions are listed on this page.

This is a time of great change, but with change also comes opportunity.  It will take some time to get everything up to speed. Please be patient. If you have questions call me, I will get you an answer.
                                                                                                            Larry Crouch
